Orders may be returned within 365 days of the date of purchase for refund, store credit or exchange.

When returning items please reach out to Customer Support to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the product. The RMA number must on on the outside of the package before returning the product.
Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

Packages received without a valid RMA number on the outside of the package will not qualify for a refund.
